Creamy White Chicken Chili

Ingredients

boneless skinless chicken breasts
cut into 1/2-inch cubes

medium onion
chopped

garlic powder

15-1/2 ounces each great northern beans, rinsed and drained

chicken broth
2
cans Hatch Hot
4 ounces each chopped green chilies

teaspoon
kosher salt

teaspoon
ground cumin
1
teaspoon
dried oregano
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
1/4
teaspoon
cayenne pepper

ounces
Fage 0% Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2
cup
heavy cream
Instructions
In a large dutch oven, combine all ingredients except yogurt and cream.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the heat; stir in yogurt and cream.
