Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Add Old Bay to taste and pour into greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake for 45 minutes. Let set 10 minutes after removing from oven before slicing.
Notes
NOTES : Variation: Use 1/2 cup bacon or ham instead of crab. May use sharp cheddar or monteray jack cheese instead of swiss. I use Phillips Backfin Crabmeat from the Village Butcher. A one pound can makes 2 quiches.Recipe By: Sherry Moman
