Crab Cakes (Vicki Latimer)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat picked clean
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce optional
  • seafood seasoning
  • 1 cup saltine cracker crumbs

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients well and fold with cracker crumbs into crabmeat. Form into 8 patties and place on cookie sheet in refrigerator to firm up. Right before serving, fry to a golden brown in canola oil.
