Cowboy Salsa (aka Cowboy Caviar)

Ingredients

can shoepeg white corn

black beans
washed & drained

large jar banana peppers
chopped
1/2
bunch green onions
chopped
1/2
bunch cilantro
chopped

Roma tomatoes
chopped

olive oil
1/4
cup
red wine vinegar
1
teaspoon
salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
1
teaspoon
cumin powder
2
large garlic cloves
minced
Instructions
Combine ingredients for salsa. Mix dressing ingredients and add to salsa. Serve with chips (Doritos Scoops are great).
Notes
I leave out the onions.
