Cooked Salad Dressing

Ingredients

sugar
1/4
cup
white vinegar
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1/4
teaspoon
dry mustard
1/4
teaspoon
onion flakes

large egg
slightly beaten
1
cup
oil
Instructions
Bring all, except egg and oil, to a boil; add a very small amount of hot
mixture to beaten egg and then add egg to rest of mixture.
Boil 1 minute.
Slowly stir in oil. Chill.
