Ingredients

self-rising flour
1/4
cup
butter
1/2
cup
sugar
1
large egg
2/3
cup
milk
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla
1/2
cup
brown sugar
3/4
teaspoon
cinnamon
Instructions
Cream butter.
Add sugar, egg, milk, flour and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Spread in a greased 8x8 pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
Bake 25 minutes @ 375 degrees.
Notes
NOTES : Double recipe for a 13x9 pan. Nuts and a glaze may be added if desired.
