Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

package hot roll mix

water

large egg

honey

butter

raisins

cup
pecans
chopped
Instructions
Sprinkle yeast from package over warm water in large mixing bowl. Stir to
dissolve. Add egg, 1/4 cup honey and the hot roll mix and blend well.
Cover and let rise in warm place away from draft, about 1 hour or until
double in bulk.
Roll out on lightly floured board into 20 x 12 rectangle. Combine melted
butter and 2 tablespoons honey and spread evenly over dough. Combine
brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over dough. Sprinkle raisins and
nuts over dough. Roll as for jelly roll from wide side; cut into 16-18
slices. Arrange in a 13 x 9 pan sprayed with Pam. Cover and let rise
about 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes or until
golden.
Frost while warm with icing made by blending 1 cup powdered sugar, 2-3
tablespoons milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla.
