If you cannot find a large head of Napa cabbage, use two smaller heads or
cut recipe in half. Coarsley shred cabbage and mix with diced green
onions ahead of time and refrigerate.
Melt margerine in a skillet and brown the almonds and crumbled
noodles(discarding flavor packet) adding sesame seeds at the last being
careful not to burn. Drain and refrigerate.
Mix oil, soy sauce, vinegar & sugar and shake together in a jar.
At serving time, combine cabbage/onion mixture with noodle mixture and
toss with dressing.
