Ingredients

lbs.
ground chuck
1
large onion
chopped
2
cans diced tomatoes
canned
2
teaspoons
kosher salt
1
teaspoon
black pepper
2
cloves
garlic
minced
4
tablespoons
chili powder
2
tablespoons
cumin powder
3
cans pinto beans
drained & rinsed
2
cup
water
Instructions
Brown meat in dutch oven and drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer slowly and stir occasionally for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender and chili is the right consistency.
Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped avocado, corn chips or Mexican Cornbread.
