Cut chicken into ½-in. strips. In a large skillet, heat the oil. Stir-fry chicken until no longer pink,
about 3-5 minutes, sprinkle oregano.
Add broccoli, carrots, onions, cauliflower and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until crisp and tender, sprinkle the garlic powder, and mix all ingredients together, including cooked rice.
