Instructions
Bring chicken broth or stock to a boil in a Dutch oven. Following package directions, drop frozen dumplings into stock and cook uncovered 35-45 minutes. Stir occasionally with a rubber spatula scraping bottom of pot and stirring to separate pastry strips. Do this more toward end when broth has cooked down and is thickening.
While waiting on dumplings to cook, strip rotisserie chicken and shred or chop.
When dumplings are done, add chicken and salt and pepper to taste.
