Boil chicken, debone and chop. Put chicken, chicken stock, potatoes, lima beans, corn,
tomatoes & onions in a large pot. Add salt and pepper and Texas Pete.
Simmer 2-3 hours.
Notes
NOTES : Using a store bought rotisserie chicken makes this much easier and you can use canned chicken broth or stock. Do not substitute another hot sauce for Texas Pete. Recipe By: Conrad Wood
