Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Dinner

Ingredients

oil

boned and skinned chicken breast halves
10 3/4
ounces
cream of chicken soup
condensed, reduced fat
1 1/2
cups
water
1/4
teaspoon
paprika
1/4
teaspoon
pepper
1 1/2
cups
instant rice
uncooked
2
cups
broccoli flowerets
fresh or frozen
Instructions
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
Add soup, water paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. *For creamier rice,
increase water to 1 2/3 cups.
Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with
additional paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or
until done.
Notes
NOTES : Use Minute Original Rice. May top with grated sharp cheddar cheese if desired.
