Chicken, Broccoli & Rice Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of chicken soup condensed, reduced fat
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups instant rice uncooked
  • 2 cups broccoli flowerets fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and cook until browned. Remove chicken.
  • Add soup, water paprika and pepper. Heat to a boil. *For creamier rice,
  • increase water to 1 2/3 cups.
  • Stir in rice and broccoli. Top with chicken. Season chicken with
  • additional paprika and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or
  • until done.

Notes

NOTES : Use Minute Original Rice. May top with grated sharp cheddar cheese if desired.
