Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 large package of Vanilla Wafers crushed
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar & 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 heaping tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 pint sour cream

Instructions

CRUST:

  • Combine all ingredients. Line the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of spring form pan with mixture.

FILLING:

  • Beat eggs and blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

  • Beat all ingredients together. Pour & spread over cheese cake. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool to room temperature. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
  • Top with fresh fruit or a fruit topping when serving.
