Combine all ingredients. Line the bottom and 1 inch up the sides of spring form pan with mixture.
FILLING:
Beat eggs and blend in remaining ingredients. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool for 20 minutes.
TOPPING:
Beat all ingredients together. Pour & spread over cheese cake. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool to room temperature. Store in refrigerator or freezer.
Top with fresh fruit or a fruit topping when serving.
