Caramel Yummies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup margarine melted
  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup pecans chopped
  • 3/4 cup caramel topping
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350. Mix melted margarine and brown sugar. Stir in flour,
  • oats, soda and salt. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9x9 pan sprayed with Pam.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans on top.
  • Mix caramel topping and flour together. Spread on top.
  • Sprinkle the other half of oat mixture on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before
  • cutting.

Notes

NOTES : Double for 13x9 pan.
