Preheat oven to 350. Mix melted margarine and brown sugar. Stir in flour,
oats, soda and salt. Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9x9 pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans on top.
Mix caramel topping and flour together. Spread on top.
Sprinkle the other half of oat mixture on top.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely before
cutting.
