Ingredients
1large carrotjulienned
1poundfrozen whole petite green beansthawed
1teaspoonminced garlic
2teaspoonsolive oil
2teaspoonsKikkoman soy sauce
1/4teaspoonthyme leaves
1/4teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Add oil to 10" saute pan fitted with a lid. Place carrots on the bottom, then green beans, then garlic and additional seasonings. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 3 or 4 minutes, then stir to mix up all the ingredients and continue cooking until the beans are cooked to degree of doneness that you prefer.
