Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
1 1/4
cups
white rice
cooked
20
ounces
frozen chopped broccoli
thawed
4
tablespoons
oil or butter
1
medium onion
chopped
10 1/2
ounces
cream of chicken soup
8
ounces
Cheez Whiz
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook 1 1/4 cups rice. Saute onion in oil or butter in a saucepan. Add
soup and Cheez Whiz and blend over low heat. Squeeze liquid from thawed
broccoli. Mix rice, broccoli and cheese mixture. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
and pour mixture in. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
Freezes well.
