Broccoli Cornbread

Ingredients

box Jiffy cornbread mix
10
ounces
chopped broccoli
thawed and drained
1
medium onion
chopped, optional
1
stick butter
melted

ounces
cottage cheese

large eggs
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together except for the cornbread. Then stir it in
and pour mixture into a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam and bake at 400 degrees
for approximately 25-30 minutes.
