Ingredients
1 1/2
lbs.
sausage
hot, browned and drained
1
small onion
diced
2
cups
mushrooms
fresh, sliced
6
large eggs
beaten
2
cups
whole mik
1
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
1
cup
sharp cheddar cheese
shredded
6
slices
white bread
cubed, no crusts
salt & pepper
to taste
Instructions
Brown sausage with onions. Drain well on paper towels. Mushrooms may be
sauteed or stirred in raw. Beat eggs well and stir in other ingredients.
Add some salt & pepper. Add more cheese if desired. Pour into 9x13
greased baking dish and sprinkle with paprika. Cover and store in
refrigerator overnight. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for about 40
minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
