Blond Brownies

Unbelieveably delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter
  • 16 ounces light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Melt butter in heavy saucepan. Add sugar. Stir in eggs, flour, baking powder and salt. Add vanilla and pecans.
  • Bake in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 35 minutes.
  • Serve plain or with ice cream.

Notes

Add chocolate chips, coconut or anything else you like!
