Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Saute onion and
garlic about 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stir in all remaining
ingredients except rice. Simmer, uncovered, about 10 minutes. Serve over
rice.
Notes
NOTES : I use either Hillshire Farm Beef Hot Links or Jimmy Dean Hot bulk sauage. Canadian bacon, diced ham, or turkey or chicken sausage is also good. Instead of Italian seasoning, thyme & oreganeo may be used. Also good served over saffron rice. Recipe By: Sherry Moman
