Ingredients

Beef tenderloin

seasoning salt

soy sauce

bacon
Instructions
Trim any excess fat from meat and wash and pat dry. Mix
ingredients into paste and rub over top and sides of meat 2 hours ahead of
time. Cover top and sides with bacon.
Sear all sides on grill. Place meat in foil lined old pan and cook
on low with top closed for 1 hour with bacon on top.
OR cook in 350 degree oven uncovered for l hour.
Let rest covered 10 minutes before slicing.
