Artichoke & Spinach Casserole

- 1 can artichoke hearts drained
- 3 10 ounce pkg spinach squeezed dry
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 6 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
Spray casserole with Pam and place artichoke hearts in bottom. Top with
spinach. Blend cream cheese, milk and mayonnaise. Pour over top of
spinach. Top with cheese. Bake 40 minutes @ 375 degrees or until lightly
browned and bubbly.
NOTES : Romano cheese may be used instead of parmesan.
