Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup artichoke hearts chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese grated
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • dash Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients and pour into prepared dish. Bake at 425 degrees
  • until hot and bubbly.

NOTES : Parmesan cheese may be used instead of Swiss or a combination of the two.
