Olive Oil Baked Shrimp

Ingredients

shrimp
peeled and deveined
3
tablespoons
garlic
chopped
1/4
cup
extra virgin olive oil
4
tablespoons
lemon juice
2
teaspoons
salt
1
tablespoon
red pepper flakes
3
tablespoons
parsley
chopped
1/4
cup
fresh tomatoes
chopped
1/4
white wine
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. combine all ingredients in an iron skillet and bake for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta if desired with crusty french bread to soak up the sauces.
Unless you have a very large skillet, the shrimp cooks best if you cook recipe in 2 batches.
