Turkey-Spinach Meatloaf

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground turkey 7% fat
- 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and squeezed dry
- 2/3 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 4 large eggs lightly beaten
- 2 large garlic cloves pressed or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow baking
- dish sprayed with Pam. Spoon additional chili sauce over the whole loaf.
- Or shape into 10 (1/2 cup) loaves.
- Bake 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in the middle
- registers 160F. An instant read thermometer works well. Freeze leftovers.
