Tipsy Cornish Hens

Ingredients
- 4 Cornish game hens halved
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup rum
- 2 small onions minced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar or honey
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Wash cornish hens and cut in half. Mix marinade ingredients. Put hens in
- large ziplock bags with marinade and refrigerate for up to 24 hours ahead
- of time, turning occassionally. Put hens and marinade in large pan and
- bake at 350 for 1 hour. Finish on grill until nicely browned brushing
- with marinade. Discard remainder of marinade before serving.
