Thai Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground pork or turkey
- 1/2 cup extra crunchy peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger grated
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and make 3 or 4 burgers.
- Grill or fry in skillet.
- Serve on buns with desired condiments and toppings.
