Strawberry-Rhubarb Jam

Ingredients
- 5 cups rhubarb cubed
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 oz. strawberry jello
Instructions
- Mix rhubarb and sugar. Let stand in refrigerator over night. The next morning, bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Stir in jello until dissolved.
- Pour into hot, sterilized jars and seal. Let cool before storing. Makes (3) 1/2 pint jars.
