Southwestern Pork Rub

Ingredients
- 4 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 4 tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1 tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Black Pepper
- 4 teaspoons Cumin
- 2 tablespoons Chili Powder
- 2 teaspoons Mexican Oregano
Instructions
- Measure all of the ingredients out into a medium sized bowl. Using a wire whisk, mix until well combined.
- After combining, transfer the mixture into a clean, dry container that has a lid (such as a glass jar). Store the Homemade Southwestern Pork Rub covered in a cool, dry place.
- Notes:
- 1/2 of the ingredients season a 6 lb. pork Boston Butt or any meat you like.
