Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1 pound hot whole hog sausage cooked & drained
- 1 pound sharp cheddar cheese shredded
- 3 cups Bisquick baking mix
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well and roll into balls. Bake 10-13 minutes @ 425 degrees until hot & golden brown.
- Or freeze on a cookie sheet and store in a ziplock bag in freezer. Bake frozen.
