Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients
- 2 15 oz. cans Libby’s Pumpkin Pie Filling
- 3 eggs
- 1 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 cup 2 sticks melted butter or margarine
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Mix first four ingredients. Pour into a greased 9” x 13” Pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle dry cake mix over top, mashing down gently with a fork. Pour melted butter over mixture and sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
