Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 14 ounces pumpkin canned
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients by hand in large bowl. Grease and flour 3 loaf pans
- (8 1/2 by 4 1/2 by 2 1/2). Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Notes
NOTES : I like to add 1 cup each of chopped pecans, raisins and coconut.
