Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- pork tenderloins trimmed
- salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
- olive oil
- apple cider vinegar
- stone ground mustard
Instructions
- Trim pork tenderloins and season with salt & pepper. Whisk together equal amounts olive oil, apple cider vinegar & stone ground mustard.
- Grill tenderloins to desired doneness. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Slice; pour vinaigrette over pork and serve.
- Note: Add a little honey or brown sugar to vinaigrette if desired.
