Penne Pasta & Proscuitto

Ingredients

  • penne pasta
  • proscuitto
  • fresh garlic
  • walnuts
  • fresh sage or basil
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • butter

Instructions

  • Sauté garlic in olive oil. Add cubed proscuitto and chopped walnuts.
  • Meanwhile cook pasta & drain. Add to pan with parmesan cheese and remove from heat.
  • Place butter in another pan. Cook for 1 minute; add fresh chopped sage or basil. Cook 2 more minutes. Add to pasta mixture & toss.
