Parmesan-Rosemary Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup parmesan cheese grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh rosemary minced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 6 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- sea salt to taste
- 1 1/4 cups nonfat greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. LIne baking sheet with foil and spray with Pam.
- Combine bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, rosemary, garlic & onion powders, and pepper in a plastic bag. Shake until ingredients are well mixed.
- Season chicken with sea salt. Coat chicken with yogurt. Place in plastic bag and shake until well coated.
- Arrange chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with any remaining crumbs and spray lightly with Pam.
- Bake chicken 25-40 minutes until golden brown and crisp.
