Oven Roasted Dungeness Crab & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
- 4 cups mayonnaise
- 1 lb. Dungeness crab
- 8 ounces Parmesan cheese shredded
- 8 ounces onion thinly sliced
- 3 teaspoons parsley minced
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well. For individual servings, put 6 oz. in
- individual baking dishes sprayed with Pam and bake at 350 degrees for
- about 10 minutes or until it reaches 140 degrees(or until desired
- temperature).

- Serving Ideas : Serve with assorted crackers or cocktail bread slices.
