Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate wafer cookie crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 quart ice cream coffee
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 16 ounces Hershey's syrup
  • Cool Whip

Instructions

  • Mix melted butter with cookie crumbs (you may need more crumbs or
  • butter). Pack into 13x9 pan sprayed with Pam.
  • Spread softened coffee ice cream over crust. Sprinkle chopped pecans over ice cream. Pour
  • Hershey's chocolate syrup over nuts and freeze for 2 hours.
  • Spread Cool Whip over top; cut and serve.
