Macaroni & Cheese

Course: Pasta, Side Dish
Servings: 12

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces penne pasta cooked & drained
  • 1/2 stick butter melted
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 10 ounces cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup half and half
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • 1 cup sharp white cheddar cheese grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients together and put in a buttered casserole dish. Save
  • some grated cheese for top. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
