Lady Fingers

Course: Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 1/2 tablespoons confectioner's sugar
  • chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Mix flour, butter and sugar together. Add nuts. Form into fingers. Bake
  • @ 300 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.. Coat
  • with confectioner's sugar.
