Kale Salad
Servings: 8
Ingredients
- 1 lb. kale washed, stalks removed & discarded & thinly sliced
- olive oil
- 1 lemon juiced
- sea salt to taste
- pine nuts toasted
- parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Tear kale away from the stems. Wash and dry.
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
- You may grate additional parmesan cheese on individual servings. Delicious!
