Ho Ho Cake

Ingredients
- 1 box Pillsbury Devils Food cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- Filling
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- Icing
- 1 can Pillsbury Chocolate Fudge frosting
Instructions
- Mix together cake mix, eggs, evaporated milk and oil. Grease 4(9 inch)
- cake pans and divide batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool
- on rack.
- Filling: Beat vanilla, butter, shortening and sugar for 10 minutes; add
- milk gradually. Continue beating until sugar is dissolved and it is light
- and fluffy about 20 more minutes.
- Ice between layers with filling and frost top and sides with chocolate
- fudge frosting.
