Creamy White Chicken Chili
This so, so satisfying and easy!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1-1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 cans 15-1/2 ounces each great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cans Hatch Hot 4 ounces each chopped green chilies
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 ounces Fage 0% Non Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- In a large dutch oven, combine all ingredients except yogurt and cream.
- Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the heat; stir in yogurt and cream.
