Cooked Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 large egg slightly beaten
- 1 cup oil
Instructions
- Bring all, except egg and oil, to a boil; add a very small amount of hot
- mixture to beaten egg and then add egg to rest of mixture.
- Boil 1 minute.
- Slowly stir in oil. Chill.
