Cole Slaw

Course: Side Dish

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces coleslaw with carrots & red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup half and half evaporated milk or milk
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • salt & freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Mix dressing ingredients together and toss with cole slaw.
  • Chill.
  • Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
