Classic Chopped Salad

Ingredients
- 6 cups romaine lettuce coarsely chopped
- 6 cups iceberg lettuce coarsely chopped
- 1 cup garbanzo beans chopped coarse
- 1/2 cup black olives chopped coarse
- 3/4 lbs. salami slices Genoa, chopped coarse
- 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese shredded coarse
- 1/4 lb. provolone cheese sliced thin, chopped coarse
- 4 Roma tomatoes small, chopped coarse
- 8 pepperocini peppers chopped coarse
- 1 clove garlic crushed with fork
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon creamy Dijion style mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup olive oil
Instructions
- Mix crushed garlic with salt. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Slowly add
- olive oil in thin stream whisking until blended. Toss with salad in large
- bowl.
