Chili

Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground chuck
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cans diced tomatoes canned
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 3 cans pinto beans drained & rinsed
- 2 cup water
Instructions
- Brown meat in dutch oven and drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer slowly and stir occasionally for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender and chili is the right consistency.
- Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped avocado, corn chips or Mexican Cornbread.
