Cafe Atlantic Green Beans & Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 large carrot julienned
- 1 pound frozen whole petite green beans thawed
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Kikkoman soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- Add oil to 10" saute pan fitted with a lid. Place carrots on the bottom, then green beans, then garlic and additional seasonings. Cover and cook over medium-high heat for 3 or 4 minutes, then stir to mix up all the ingredients and continue cooking until the beans are cooked to degree of doneness that you prefer.
