Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
Instructions
- Whisk dry ingredients together. Whisk eggs, buttermilk, milk and vanilla
- together in a separate bowl. Add to flour mix and whisk until smooth.
- Add melted butter. Cook pancakes on a greased, preheated, flat griddle
- until bubbles rise to the top, some burst and edges start to look dry.
- Flip and cook until underside has browned.

after you have poured it onto the griddle:
