Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups white rice cooked
- 20 ounces frozen chopped broccoli thawed
- 4 tablespoons oil or butter
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
- 8 ounces Cheez Whiz
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook 1 1/4 cups rice. Saute onion in oil or butter in a saucepan. Add
- soup and Cheez Whiz and blend over low heat. Squeeze liquid from thawed
- broccoli. Mix rice, broccoli and cheese mixture. Spray 9x13 pan with Pam
- and pour mixture in. Bake at 350 about 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Freezes well.
